How to solve Nonocross Level 3
Row 2 has a clue of 4, so fill all four cells across that row. Columns 2 and 3 also have clues of 4, which means those two columns are filled from top to bottom.
The outer columns each have a clue of 1. Since row 2 already fills both outer-column cells, leave the other cells in those columns empty. This also satisfies the clues of 2 on rows 1, 3, and 4.
